Vocalist Angela Verbrugge brings her warm, captivating style to our brand new baby grand, joined by pianist Brent Jarvis. Angela has established herself as one of the West Coast's most compelling jazz vocalists, winning the 2020 JazzTimes Readers' Poll for Best Female Vocalist.

Brent Jarvis is a Canadian jazz pianist and composer. Following in a tradition of lyrical, dynamic, and rhythmically complex piano players, Brent's work has been described as "captivating... a collaboration between the sensual and the intellectual." He teaches music at Vancouver Island University and holds degrees from the University of Toronto and the University of Victoria.
